This is a hospital window that you are seeing in the photograph. A nurse stands with her back to the window and by my guess, it looks like a shared ward. In the past

In those days, I had ample amount of free time. In the evening I would grab my camera and go to the roof and watch clouds, kites and sunset. I would also take a picture and review it, sometimes with tripod and wanting to experiment with long exposure. I believe this was taken in 2012.
